What is the Consumer Education Hub? 

The Consumer Education Hub is a European platform bringing together consumer education initiatives, inspiring those who help people understand and navigate markets safely. 

Who is it for? 

The Consumer Education Hub is for anyone involved in consumer education or interested in consumer issues, from consumer organisations and educators to individuals of all ages and backgrounds looking for inspiration and practical resources. 

What can you find on the Consumer Education Hub? 

You can browse a wide range of initiatives covering key consumer topics such as mobility, products, energy, food, waste and greenwashing. From interactive quizzes and brochures to online tools, videos and educational guides, the platform offers a variety of formats and materials to suit different needs and audiences. 

How big is the Consumer Education Hub?

The Consumer Education Hub features over 250 consumer education initiatives from more than 20 countries across Europe. 

Who is behind the Hub? 

The Consumer Education Hub is run by BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation, which represents consumer groups across Europe and works to protect consumers’ interests at EU level. 

The concept and material behind this website was developed by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers after research conducted by VVA consulting group.
