Lifestyle Test is a free digital tool that helps citizens calculate their carbon footprint and adopt more sustainable choices in everyday life.

The tool measures the user's personal environmental impact across four key areas of daily life: housing, food, transport and goods consumption. Based on the results, it generates tailored sustainability action plans, with practical tips inspired by circular economy principles such as reuse, repair and waste prevention.

The Lifestyle Test allows users to:
- measure their environmental impact through a quick online test
- receive tailored suggestions for more sustainable lifestyle choices
- build their own action plan and share it with friends and family

The app is designed for citizens looking for concrete ways to act on climate change, and is available in: Finland, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Turkey, Poland and Norway.
