Digital is for everyone is an online course that helps consumers build digital literacy and make informed decisions by understanding their rights, online risks and security measures on a learning platform.

The initiative is aimed at consumers from age 16 and is delivered as a six‑hour online course, allowing participants to explore each topic at their own pace.

The course is divided into seven modules covering the following topics:
- digital rights in online environments
- artificial intelligence
- internet governance and access to the internet
- digital platforms and their responsibilities
- digital financial services
- the Internet of Things
- emerging digital challenges

Each module provides a clear introduction to the topic, covering key concepts, potential benefits and associated risks. Learning is also supported through interactive digital materials.
