The "Consumer Voice” podcast series, educates consumers on a wide range of issues including the cost-of-living crisis, consumer rights, financial services, competition policy, energy, sustainability, market transparency and passenger rights. The episodes bring together policymakers, regulators, academics and other experts who share valuable insights, practical information and guidance to help consumers better understand their rights and make informed decisions.

So far 23 episodes have been produced in the last 2 years and are available in YouTube and in audio format on Spotify.
