Consumer.Talks is a consumer education initiative that targets young people in schools. It comprises of 50-60 minutes information sessions organized in-person or online that brings consumer-rights experts into schools for practical, interactive sessions with students on various emerging consumer issues.
The topics discussed include financial literacy, digital literacy, sustainability, online shopping, among others that ultimately contribute to a more active, responsible and participatory citizenship.
Consumer.Talks is part of the DECO Jovem programme, an initiative of DECO , the Portuguese member of BEUC.
